In the event your console dies, you can message us on our homepage (game-claim.com) or e-mail us at (gameclaim.info@gmail.com) and our dedicated team will message you back with a request form for info on your console. This will be the info we requested when you initiated your insurance plan with us. Serial Number, Model of Console, etc. Once we have confirmed all of the info you submitted, we will send you a confirmation message via email. This message will include tracking for your new console as well as other relevant information regarding your claim. Once this message has been sent you can rest assured that your console is on the way and you will be back to gaming in no time.

Note: All policies must be active for at least 180 days before you can request a claim.
